We all hate when a great blog goes to junk b/c all they do is self promote their shop.

also, beware copyright law. It's just rude, and potentially lots of trouble. You have to significantly change or get permission from any outside source. (ex. Spool Sewing's free bird pattern)Amyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10065083893991081470noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8376105108093150009.post-69055556427267235462011-11-11T15:22:35.925-08:002011-11-11T15:22:35.925-08:00Lovin those bibs...and the monster. :)Lovin those bibs...and the monster. :)Krystlehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01892169517174575526noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8376105108093150009.post-6057351520180627332011-11-11T13:08:07.425-08:002011-11-11T13:08:07.425-08:00I would be interested in buying baby things like t...I would be interested in buying baby things like that when we get pregnant. Also, I like things like this: http://www.etsy.com/shop/pickysticky and I know she's not the first person with that idea. I also like baby photography props like this: http://www.etsy.com/listing/77940916/mermaid-photo-prop

Also, one thing I've seen people post when trying to find advertisers is how much traffic their blogs get. That would be something I'd want to know if I were thinking of buying ad space.Allyssahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07612513914926320135noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8376105108093150009.post-28484153281745135842011-11-11T10:22:20.764-08:002011-11-11T10:22:20.764-08:00Its a great idea! Your header is just gorgeous and you have mad skills ;) As makers ourselves it can sometime cost quite a bit just to get the ball rolling and have enough in your shop for people to want to shop! But any skills you have or fabric stashes you can tap into without buying more is totally the way to go at first! You can always expand. I think its way better to make one thing great then a lot of different things and be overwhelming. I struggled with that when I started and streamlining was great advice we got from fellow business folks. I can't wait to see what you come up with!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10336627968329561063noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8376105108093150009.post-84563407040604407482011-11-11T09:22:51.276-08:002011-11-11T09:22:51.276-08:00I would definitely be interested in buying any of ...I would definitely be interested in buying any of the things you make- Olfie, the mobile, the hat, the bibs (and onesies)!Natasha and Jessehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16454014270247663146noreply@blogger.com
