Quiet Books {Book 1} - Pages 3-4

Okay, now you get to see how carried away I've become. I'm making a billion pages for this book!
Here are the 3rd and 4th pages of the quiet book:

Page 3 (book 1): The Apple Tree and Teepee

I've seen tents {like the tent in this one} in quiet books online, but I wanted to be able to stick stuff in mine, and not just have a zipper for no reason. My mother in law has a teepee in hers that has a  necklace in it, which the boys love to take out and put back in. I wanted to do a whole page with just a teepee, with the idea that I could put treats in it occasionally.
But after I made the teepee it was so small, it only took up a bit of the page. So I made a tree.
And then I put some apples on it.
The apples snap on and off, and you can stick them in the teepee. I cut out the apple shapes and attached the snap, then I blanket-stiched around the outside. Easy Peasy. Grey already ripped one of the stems off, though. Oops.

Page 4 (book 1): The Fish Bowl

For some reason, figuring out these fish was really tricky. I used purse-magnets to stick them to the page, and I was afraid that after being yanked on a few times, they would tear through the felt. I ended up cutting out much bigger fish than I'd planned on, and then putting cardboard inside them to attach the magnets to.  Then I softened them up with an extra layer of felt.  I blanket-stitched around them and voila! I also backed the fish bowl with cardboard.  I feel like there needs to be something above the bowl, but i can't think what. Ideas?

Okay. So help me:
The pages in the second quiet book that correspond to these two are giving me trouble:
I have a tent that zips open and closed and there's a night sky behind it, but I can't decide what to have snap on and off it. I already have stars on another page for book two, so no stars... I tried bats, which would be awesome, but they're too long and skinny to work!
And I have no idea what to do with the purse magnets on another page, because they come in sets of three, and I'm not buying another pack for 3$ (now you know how cheap I am), but I want it to take up the whole page and be awesome. Maybe I'll do an ocean scene with different fish again? But I like for the pages to be significantly different if possible (or what's the point of having two?).... Argh!

You are so talented! I must make one of these books! How long are each of the pages taking you (obviously some take longer than others, but just average)?

@Kristen
Probably about an hour each? That seems really time consuming, but I usually just do it for an hour or so during naptime or after the boys go to bed, and I can get one done a day.
But I also do them assembly style, too, so it's hard to tell exactly how long one takes...
Like I cut out everything on three or four pages and then sew everything red, then everything brown, etc.
So I don't have to rethread my machine every 30 seconds...

Rainbow, clouds, sun, moon, they can change the sky!

How about some owls for the night sky? And a star fish and a sea horse for the ocean scene (+ one fish)? And you can add a shell that opens and has a little pearl in it (I've seen this once in a handmade silent book...).
Btw: I LOVE the first pages of the books. Just PERFECT !!!!

These are amazing! I love it! And you could do some fish food being dropped into the fish bowl at the top of the fish bowl page (either from someone's hand or the fish food jar). Just an idea... :)

I simply loved them and you have inspired me like crazy to make my girl a quiet book! I had a question though, what is it on the tree that holds the apples? I was going to use velcro at first...

Put a kitty looking into that fish tank! Meow!

You can put bubbles above the fish bowl if it really needs something. Your ocean scene can have other sea creatures like an octopus with ric rac or ribbon tentacles, a star fish, a shark, whatever you want.
