Cheer Up, Mouse! {GIVEAWAY!}

First, watch this. It's cute beyond all expectation:

Do you remember, almost a year ago, when I did a giveaway for Jed Henry's other book, "I Speak Dinosaur!"? From the moment that book was in our house, it was the most beloved, most read book that we owned. The boys sometimes wanted to read it 25 times in a row.
For real.
And as soon as we got "Cheer Up, Mouse!" the same craziness happened. It immediately became the favorite book in the house.

I tried to stage a photoshoot of us enjoying reading this book, but Grey snatched up the book and kicked Micah and I off the couch so he could have it to himself. Maybe we need two copies?
Grey loves pointing out all the beautifully illustrated animals and making their noises, and especially delights in the birds and the frog.

I, however, especially delight in the sentiments. The idea that, if someone is sad- you help them feel better. And the even nicer idea, that what makes us happy in life is friendship and love.

And now you can share those ideas with your little ones, through Jed Henry's gorgeously illustrated and delightfully written book, Cheer Up, Mouse! because you can win your own copy, yo!

To enter this giveaway, just leave a comment on this blog post, and the winner will be chosen randomly.
And help spread the word, if you share a link to this post (via Facebook, Twitter, your own blog, etc) you may leave a second comment telling me that you did so, and thus be entered in the giveaway a 2nd time!

***
This Giveaway will run for one week, and will end NEXT Monday Feb 11, 2013 at Midnight. The Winner will be announced the next day. Please be sure to include your email in your comments so you can claim your prize if you win!

Small world! Jed is our neighbor and a new friend of my husband's. I knew he was an artist but didn't know he did great children's books like this one. If I'm not lucky enough to win here I'll have to pick up a copy online. Thanks for the awesome find! Too cute!
